This Week in #TKOP
This past week has been mired in tons of work, both on and off the server, so apologies in advance if this is light on content.

This week I have decided to focus on our chat, as suggested by some in this blog's discussion thread on the forums.

And now without further ado, here's your weekly linkspam.

  • Google will now be able to count the moles on your lawn with the new imaging satellite they are launching. (courtesy Wildfire)

  • Anti-DRM Crusaders tank the reviews of Spore on Amazon.com to protest EA's poor customer service.

  • Do you like old, creepy ads? Here's a ton of 'em.

  • Have $7100 to blow on audiophile stuff that (besides a placebo effect)doesn't sound better than normal consumer grade stuff? Check out this belt-driven CD player.

  • Has the Large Hadron Collider destroyed the earth? Find out here. (check out the page source for added fun)

  • Want to design your own game? Check this out. (courtesy Seuratt)

  • Have some time on your hands? Like Office Space? Here's an Office Space soundboard. (courtesy Seuratt)

I'd also like to welcome WORMHORN back into the fold. Welcome back, you furry bastard.

As always, if you have any suggestions or comments, or want to tell me I'm an idiot, feel free to post it in the discussion thread.

This concludes This Week in TKOP. Be well, John Spartan.

Wushupork's Experiment
Greetings, TKOPers!

Skeeve has been so kind as to let me use Monday to start an experiment. I call it "This Week in TKOP." Every Monday, I will compile a list of interesting threads and links posted the previous week and post them here.

I'm also going to start a discussion thread about this, so you can discuss how well (or poorly) I'm doing, and suggest threads or links each week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See you next Monday!

-Wushupork
